MHA MacIntyre Hudson strengthens tax team with new partner – Alan Craddock
MHA MacIntyre Hudson has announced the appointment of Alan Craddock, who has joined the firm as a Tax Partner.
Over the last 19 years, Alan has advised entrepreneurial businesses of all sizes in key industry sectors, on most areas of taxation. His specialisms include corporate reorganisations and restructuring, share schemes, profit extraction, and international structures for non-residents and foreign-domiciliaries. He was previously a Partner at Kingston Smith LLP.
Based in the London City office, his role is to continue to provide pro-active advice to new and existing clients, and to develop the tax function alongside his fellow Partners. Alan commented: “I am keen to continue providing clients with tax solutions and proactive advice. I feel that MHA MacIntyre Hudson will allow me to build on my past experience and provide me with the opportunities to succeed”.
