Damon Wright joins MacIntyre Hudson as Director of VAT
MHA MacIntyre Hudson has announced the appointment of Damon Wright, Director of VAT Services, to its growing tax team.
Damon has 20 years experience in Indirect Tax and VAT having worked as an HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) Senior VAT Inspector and in both industry and practice. He joins MHA MacIntyre Hudson from Grant Thornton.
As a specialist in Indirect Tax for International trade, covering international supply chains for the supply of goods and services, Damon also advises on the differing interpretations and applications across the EU Member States as well as the Indirect Tax regimes outside of the EU. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in advising Aviation, Tour Operator and Travel Agent clients. He is a member of the HMRC/Treasury VAT working parties for both TOMS and the Place of Supply of Services.
