Latvian Law Firm LAWIN promotes Head of Tax, Zinta Jansons, to the partnership
Latvia law firm, LAWIN. has made up two new partners including the incumbent head of tax, Zinta Jansons. This brings the number of partners to 8.
Zinta has been with the firm since 2004 and heads the tax practice in Latvia, in addition to providing long-standing leadership on major M&A projects.
Ms. Jansons is a US attorney at law (qualified in New York and New Jersey since 1999) and a tax consultant certified by the Latvian Tax Consultants Association. She has more than 12 years of experience on the ground in the Baltics. Her primary specializations are tax planning, M&A work, corporate issues and business structuring. She has been involved in many key transactions, such as the sale of financial institutions, the privatization-acquisitions of businesses and other complex M&A transactions.
