Freshfields makes up a new tax partner in France

Freshfields made up one new tax partner in its latest promotions – Vincent Daniel-Mayeur.

Vincent has extensive expertise in corporate, finance and property tax. He advises a wide range of domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on multinational companies, banking clients and investment funds.

Some of Vincent’s recent experience includes:

• advising a French group leader in healthy food on its joint venture with a Russian competitor to found a high-profile dairy leader in Russia and the CIS;

??• advising ?a joint venture formed by several investment funds on the reorganisation of one of the leading department store groups in France;

• advising two major real estate investors on the disposal of the largest office property asset in France; and

• advising banking clients on restructuring distressed debt portfolios. Vincent has extensive expertise in corporate, finance and property tax. He advises a wide range of domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on multinational companies, banking clients and investment funds.
