Grant Thornton UK recruits new Director, Andrew Cockman, to continue to grow Private Client Team
Leading business and financial adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP has appointed Andrew Cockman as a National Director who will be particularly focusing on growing the Entrepreneurial & Private Client (EP&C) team across the UK.
In his previous role as a Director at Deloitte, Andrew showed his expertise in a range of capital taxes issues, helping on client matters and training. He also is actively involved in shaping tax legislation through his involvement with tax representative bodies such as the ICAEW, CIOT and STEP.
Head of Tax Francesca Lagerberg said; “Andrew is an excellent addition to an already strong national technical team and we’re looking forward to welcoming him on board to continue our growth in the private client arena. His reputation and experience make him a perfect fit for our ambitious tax plans.”
Andrew will be based in London and Head of Private Client London, Craig Kemsley, noted; “I am delighted Andrew has joined the firm and it shows our commitment to the EP&C market both in London and around the UK. In London we have just undertaken a considerable expansion in this area and Andrew has vital expertise at a time of great challenges in the market and so will provide a steady hand our clients can rely on.”
