Bernard Dalex joins Fasken Martineau in Paris
Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that Bernard Dalex has joined as a Partner with the firm’s Tax group in Paris.

Bernard’s business taxation expertise focuses on corporate transactions and reorganizations. He also brings experience with personal taxation of managers and directors related to transactions, transfer pricing, personal estate tax matters, and real estate tax law.
Over his 30-year career, Bernard has worked as a tax inspector for the French General Taxation Agency and as a tax specialist for Fidal and Deloitte, and he has practised with other law firms in Paris.
