David Smith joins Balfour Beatty as Group Head of Tax

David Smith has moved from International Power to Balfour Beatty, as of this month.

David trained with Arthur Andersen (actually he and I were 2 of 4 tax scholars who joined the Firm at the age of 18) and left in 1999 to move to Reuters where he became Head of Direct Tax. He spent 8 years at Reuters and a further 5 years at International Power.
