Eversheds Milan hires 2 new tax partners as part of team move from CM & Partners

Marco Melisse will head up the tax team and Sebastiano Sciliberto joins the firm as a partner, alongside four new associates. The team arrives from the accountancy firm CM & Partners.

With 20 years’ experience in international taxation, Marco has developed a particular and thorough knowledge of tax issues associated with cross-border corporate transactions, including M & A, joint ventures and issues relating to transfer pricing and VAT.

Sebastian Sciliberto specialises in corporate taxation and international taxation, with particular attention to fiscal aspects of M & A and corporate restructuring and consulting company in cases involving the Inland Revenue and tax disputes.
