Brian Mulier returns to Bird & Bird to strengthen the Trade & Customs team
Bird & Bird in The Hague welcomes back partner Brian Mulier who is rejoining the International Tax and International Trade & Customs Practice Groups. He also brings with him customs and trade associate Goran Danilovi?.
Brian has over 20 years’ experience covering the full range of customs and trade related matters as well as the application of EU export controls, including dual-use and military products and technologies, as well as economic sanctions.
Brian left Bird & Bird in May 2010 to join Baker & McKenzie, where he has worked for the past 3 years.
He’s advised multi-national clients, particularly in relation to EU customs compliance and customs efficient supply chain (re-)structuring. This has included sourcing strategies and optimising the use of free trade agreements. Brian was most recently at Baker & McKenzie for two years.
