Melanie List leaves PwC to be Head of Tax at Lupton Fawcett
Lupton Fawcett Lee & Priestley, the Leeds and Sheffield based commercial law firm, has announced the appointment of a new Director to head its Tax division.
Melanie List, who joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialises in all aspects of corporate and property tax, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and demergers, business and asset sales, property tax (particularly Stamp Duty Land Tax and VAT), private equity and tax disputes and investigations as well as extensive experience in the area of employee reward, advising and implementing a range of tax efficient equity incentives.
