George Gillham joins Field Fisher Waterhouse as a tax partner
Field Fisher Waterhouse has appointed George Gillham as a tax partner. George has specialised in contentious tax matters for a number of years. He started his professional career as a Fast Stream civil servant, and Inspector of Taxes. George was an Inland Revenue Policy Adviser on corporation tax reform and is a CEDR accredited mediator.
He was recently selected as one of Tax Journal’s “Forty under 40” leading tax professionals for 2012/13.
George joins from Pinsent Masons, having worked there and at its predecessor firm, McGrigors, since 2007. Before that, he was a tax associate at the London office of Dorsey and Whitney, where he worked for three years.
