Nik Armizam and Hendrik Blankenstein join Quantera Global to lead TP services in Malaysia and Europe
Nik Armizam has joined Quantera Global as a Partner based in Kuala Lumpur and will lead the Malaysian office.
Nik has over 14 years of experience specializing in transfer pricing and international tax. This has been gained from working both in consulting as well as a transfer pricing auditor with the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board. Nik’s consulting experience includes working with Big 4 transfer pricing teams both in Malaysia and Indonesia, focusing on transfer pricing planning, documentation, tax dispute resolution, MAP and APA processes.
Nik will use his extensive international tax and transfer pricing experience to advise multinational clients operating in multiple jurisdictions across the Asian region.
Hendrik Blankenstein, a transfer pricing specialist and global leader in the profession has also joined Quantera Global as a Senior Partner.
Hendrik,a former Partner at TPA Global, brings with him over 20 years of specialized experience in international tax and transfer pricing management. He has delivered transfer pricing systems to support many leading multinational clients with a global presence. He is based from the Zurich office.
Hendrik says that the move to Quantera Global means that he can service the increasing demands of his multinational clients in the advice on implementation and documentation of local and regional structures around the world.
