Stephen Hemmings joins Menzies as Tax Director

Menzies LLP has announced that Stephen Hemmings has joined the Firm as Tax Director in its London office. He joins Menzies from KPMG where he spent seven years in its corporate tax, real estate and infrastructure teams.

Stephen specialises in tax advice to corporate entities and partnerships, and his initial focus will be advising clients on tax planning issues, particularly regarding group reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals. As part of his role, he will also work alongside the Menzies corporate finance team providing due diligence on vendor and acquisition side tax.
