Evelyne Bagdassarian joins Lefèvre Pelletier & associés, Avocats (LPA) as a tax partner
Lefèvre Pelletier & associés, Avocats (LPA) has announced the arrival of Evelyne Bagdassarian, as partner in the tax department.
Prior to joining Lefèvre Pelletier & associés, Evelyne Bagdassarian, was local partner at Baker & McKenzie, Paris since 2011. She worked for the firms Gide Loyrette Nouel during 6 years and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Evelyne Bagdassarian deals with tax issues connected with transactions involving cross-border financing, leveraged buy-outs and mergers and acquisitions. She has also developed legal and tax expertise for more than ten years in assisting clients in their investments and partnership projects in the countries of the CIS, particularly Russia, Armenia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia etc ….
Evelyne Bagdassarian, 35 years old, holds a postgraduate degree in business and tax law (University of Cergy Pontoise) and a certificate in tax law (University of Montpellier). She holds certificate of aptitude for lawyer’s profession (CRFPA, Versailles).
At Lefèvre Pelletier & associés, Evelyne Bagdassarian joins the tax department leaded by Jacques-Henry de Bourmont. She will strengthen the expertise of the firm in corporate and financial tax and she will develop synergies in France and abroad.
