Gabelle acquires Matthew Hutton’s tax lecturing and writing practice

Gabelle LLP is to acquire Matthew Hutton’s tax lecturing and writing practice. For more than 20 years Matthew has provided specialist tax updates to tax practitioners and is the author of the renowned eBook Hutton on Estate Planning which is now in its sixth edition.

This acquisition complements Gabelle’s core tax consultancy practice and will enhance the tax technical expertise it offers to accountants, lawyers and other professionals. Gabelle will acquire the practice on 1 October 2013 via its wholly owned subsidiary Gabelle MTR Limited. Matthew will remain as a consultant to the practice to provide continuity.
