PEM has promoted Nicola Anderson to Partner .
Nicola has a strong focus on advisory work for UK and non UK domiciled high net worth individuals. Nicola’s role includes advising clients in the agricultural sector and providing structuring services and generational planning for families, estates and landowners integral to the Cambridgeshire landscape.
Tax issues in the agricultural sector have never been more pertinent, given the recent number of cases surrounding business property relief, agricultural property relief and entrepreneurs relief (such as the Hanson case); the need for careful planning to ensure these reliefs’ are available is paramount. Nicola’s expertise includes advising on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax planning.
