Dominique Tufféry-Kerhervé joins Racine in Nantes office as a partner
Dominique Tufféry-Kerhervé has joined Racine, the French law firm.
Dominique holds a ( DJCE-DESS ) in Business law (1989) from Rennes University and a post graduate degree (DEA) in Private law (2004) from Nantes University. Dominique was admitted to the Nantes Bar Association since 1993.
Dominique has worked for several law firms and legal departments. She was employed as a tax expert with Aviva group and she also worked as a senior associate for HSD Ernst & Young. Before joining Racine, in October 2013, Dominique Tufféry-Kerhervé was a chief legal officer for Le Noble Age group.
Her practice focuses on company law, tax law, group companies organisation, external growth operations, restructuring, capital transactions, on patrimonial Law and assists executives in their wealth management and transfer of assets.
