Patrick Karsnitz promoted to tax partner at Paul Weiss NY office

Patrick Karsnitz will become a partner in the NY tax department, where he works on a broad range of transactional matters.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Mr. Karsnitz clerked for Chief Justice Myron T. Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Mr. Karsnitz received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was elected Order of the Coif, and his B.A. from Salisbury University summa cum laude.
