Simon Browning joins UHY Hacker Young as Tax Partner
Simon Browning has left BDO (legacy PKF) in the East Midlands to join Hacker Young in Nottingham.
Simon works closely with clients, ranging from owner managed businesses to multinational PLCs. He regularly advises shareholders on wealth extraction and has vast experience of tax efficient structuring, particularly in relation to transactions. Aside from mainstream corporation tax, Simon’s particular strengths are transactional tax advice, R&D tax credits, patent box, shareholder planning and shareholder/employee incentivisation.
Mr Browning has worked at PKF for over 6 years, prior to that he was a Senior Tax Manager with Deloitte. Claim to fame…In November 2012 he was named by the Tax Journal as one of the ’40 under 40 leading tax professionals’.
