Simon Rees resigns from New Quadrant Partners to be Head of Kleinwort Benson Trustees
Simon Rees has joined Kleinwort Benson to lead their UK trust business.
Mr Rees started his career with Big 4 firms, specialising in private client tax work. In 2006 he joined Ansbacher as Head of Private Client Tax but also operated as a generalist private banker during this time.
He returned to practice in 2009 as Trust and Tax Principal at Payne Hicks Beach and was part of the team move that left in 2010 to launch New Quadrant Partners Ltd, a boutique law firm where he was Director of Trust Services (not a partner).
He starts his new role this week.
