Bill Andreozzi joins CohnReznick as tax partner (from Plante Moran)

William Andreozzi has joined CohnReznick, based in the Woodland Hills, CA office. He has more than 20 years of diverse federal, state, and international tax experience. Bill specializes in serving the multidisciplinary tax needs of global and multistate middle-market companies across a variety of industries including manufacturing and wholesale distribution, technology, and private equity.

Bill helps his clients address their business and tax objectives by providing value-added tax solutions, including advising on appropriate tax structures. He also manages complex, high-volume tax compliance engagements, facilitates cross-border coordination with foreign affiliates, and provides representation during federal and state examinations and appeals. In addition, Bill assesses tax risk and implements appropriate remediation strategies. He also performs analysis and documentation of net operating loss limitations upon changes in company ownership.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Bill was a tax partner at Plante Moran. From 1999 to 2011 he worked with BDO Chicago and was managing tax partner for the office.
