Rebecca Honey promoted to the board of directors of Praxis Trust Ltd

The Praxis Group has appointed Rebecca Honey to the board of directors of Praxis Trust Limited.

Mrs Honey is director of trust operations at the firm and also plays a role in developing client relationships and engagement. She was appointed to the board in March 2014.

Having joined the Praxis Group in 2008, Mrs Honey worked as a trust manager with the responsibility of overseeing the day to day management of the fiduciary department before being promoted to associate director in the Trust Operations department in 2012. She is also a longstanding member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators having been admitted to the Institute as an associate in 2005.

Mrs Honey said: “I’m looking forward to the new challenges that come with being a part of the board and helping Praxis build and strengthen their client relationships.”

Mrs Honey began her career in the financial services industry in 1998 with Orbis Management Limited which was later acquired by Kleinwort Benson in September 2000. Within her role at Kleinwort Benson, she was responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of complex trust and company structures for both corporate and private clients.
