DLA Piper announces that Hervé Israël has joined the firm’s Tax practice as a partner in Paris
DLA Piper has announced that Hervé Israël, has joined the firm’s Tax practice as a partner in Paris.
Hervé, joins from Holman Fenwick Willan, where he was a partner and Head of the International Tax Group. Prior to joining Holman Fenwick Willan, Hervé was Head of Tax at Hogan Lovells in Paris.
Hervé brings with him extensive experience in corporate tax matters, in particular the structuring and financing of M&A transactions and LBOs, asset financing and securitisation transactions, acquisition structuring.
Hervé also has significant experience advising multi-nationals in the energy, oil, gas, renewables and mining sector, and is recognised as a “leader in his field” by Chambers & Partners.
