Avi Reshtick joins Bracewell & Giuliani in New York as tax partner
Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has announced that Abraham (Avi) Reshtick has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office.
Reshtick represents clients on a wide range of U.S. and international tax matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private investment fund structures and capital markets transactions. He also advises domestic, foreign and multinational clients on tax considerations relating to cross-border investment structures, business formation and internal restructurings.
Reshtick was previously with Ropes & Gray in New York.

Reshtick’s clients span a range of industries, from retail and real estate to energy, pharmaceutical and private investment funds. He also advises debtors and creditors on tax matters relating to financially troubled businesses, both in and out-of bankruptcy proceedings. Reshtick received his law degree from Tel Aviv University, magna cum laude. He also holds an LL.M. in International Tax from New York University School of Law and B.A. from Tel Aviv University
