Osler snares Karen Sharlow who joins the Firm’s national tax litigation team
Osler has announced that the Honourable Karen Sharlow, a recently retired judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, has joined the Firm’s National Tax Litigation Group as counsel.
An esteemed member of the bar and judiciary, Karen has led a long and distinguished legal career, first as an accomplished tax lawyer in private practice in Vancouver, followed by fifteen years on the Federal Court of Appeal. While at the Court, Karen became well known as an authority on complex tax matters, having been involved in many significant tax decisions of the Federal Court of Appeal.
