San Diego CPA Firm, CEA, hires former PwC Tax Partner, Diane Gilabert

Diane Gilabert, CPA has joined CEA, LLP as a Partner.

Her expertise includes tax planning, handling IRS audits, and minimizing multi-state taxes. Diane focuses on structuring the tax aspects of mergers and other business transactions.

For the past four years, Diane has consulted with CPA firms, assisting them with their sophisticated tax matters. CEA, LLP has been one of Diane’s clients for the past two years.
