Jane MacKay returns to Crowe Clark Whitehill as Tax Partner in Thames Valley office
Crowe Clark Whitehill has announced the appointment of Jane MacKay as partner for its Thames Valley office. Jane moves from Grant Thornton where she headed up Transaction Tax for the Thames Valley.
Jane returns to Crowe Clark Whitehill after nine years, when she was previously the senior tax manager for its corporate and not for profit clients. With extensive experience in advising companies and shareholders, Jane is a leading advisor on tax structuring, acquisitions, funding, restructuring and due diligence.
