Baker Tilly hires Hannah Lloyd from BDO as Head of Corporate Tax for Guildford region

Baker Tilly has expanded its Guildford tax team with the appointment of Hannah Lloyd as Partner and Head of Corporate Tax for the Guildford region.  Hannah joins from BDO Southampton where she was a Tax Director.

Hannah has over 15 years’ experience advising companies of varying sizes including those with multinational operations, owner managed businesses and AIM, NASDAQ and FTSE listed entities. She has extensive expertise in advising businesses on the Substantial Shareholdings Exemption, R&D tax relief and international tax matters.

In her new role, Hannah will be responsible for the further development of the firm’s existing corporate tax offering in the region.
