Jessica Kemp gets partnership at Travers Smith

Travers Smith has announced its partner promotions for the year. Jessica Smith will be a tax partner in the Firm, effective 1 July.

Jessica specialises in M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity. She advises corporations and private equity houses on a wide range of structuring, transactional and advisory matters. She also has expertise in advising on management tax issues and employee incentive matters.

Prior to joining Travers Smith, Jessica was educated at Oxford University and Harvard Law School and spent time as a death penalty defender in Malawi, before training at Clifford Chance in London and Dubai.
