Robert Smeath joins New Quadrant Partners from Clarke Willmott
New Quadrant Partners, the London based boutique private client law firm, has announced the appointment of Robert Smeath as a Partner with the firm with effect from 11th May 2015.
Robert who was formerly a partner with Clarke Willmott LLP specialises in lifetime tax and succession planning. His expertise includes advising clients with offshore connections and assets and those owning businesses. He regularly lectures on Inheritance Tax, in particular on the relief available to those owning agricultural and business property.
Robert is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly as well as holding a Diploma of the Personal Finance Society which gives him an insight in wider financial planning in conjunction with practising financial planners.
