Creaseys hires Simon Linley as Head of Private Client practice
Kent based accountancy firm, Creaseys, has hired Simon Linley as head of the private client practice. He joined the Firm yesterday from the London office of Kreston Reeves, where he has been a tax partner for the past 5 years.
Creaseys’ chief executive Emma Roberts said:
“Our client base from London is extending rapidly and almost half of our personal clients live or work there. We have won significant local private business as well, so we needed an additional partner with the kind of expertise that Simon brings. He will have a major part to play in our taxation advice and compliance for high wealth individuals, heading up a 20-strong private client team.”
Simon has more than 25 years’ experience of capital gains tax, income tax, inheritance tax planning and non-dom tax planning.
A mathematics graduate from Imperial College in London, Simon is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and a Tax Faculty member.

Creaseys has won the Lexis Nexis award as the UK’s best single office tax practice twice and co-authored Tolley’s Property Tax Planning.
