PwC Ireland promotes John Murphy (Corporate Tax) and Ronan Finn (Transfer Pricing) to partnership
PwC Ireland has announced the appointment of two new tax partners, effective 1st July 2015.
John Murphy becomes a Partner providing tax consulting and compliance services to domestic businesses. With over 15 years experience, John works with a broad range of Irish headquartered companies, assisting them to do business in both Irish and overseas markets. Also as a member of our M&A team he has broad experience of tax due diligence and structuring projects, preparing financial models and post deal business optimisation. John currently works across a broad base of private equity and corporate clients, including a number of large privately owned companies, some early stage technology companies and Irish plcs.
He joined the firm in 1999 after graduating.
Ronan Finn becomes a Partner in the Firm’s Transfer Pricing practice. Ronan advises multinational companies on all transfer pricing matters and, in particular, the impact of the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) action plan on global profit alignment, cross-border tax planning and dispute resolution. Ronan previously worked in the PwC Boston and PwC London International Tax and Transfer Pricing practices.
He joined the firm in 1995 after graduation.
