Scottish Firm, Campbell Dallas, promotes Craig Coyle to Tax Partner
Campbell Dallas has announced that, effective from 1 June 2015, Craig Coyle has been promoted to Partner.
Craig is qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Chartered Accountant and has provided tax consulting advice to companies and their shareholders for over fifteen years. His clients range from owner managed businesses to large multinational groups. He joined the Firm as Tax Director in 2013 from RSM Tenon.
He has particular experience of providing tax support for transactions, dealing with international matters and regularly works with clients on the restructuring of corporate groups in order to optimise the tax efficiency of structures, including advice on demergers and Entrepreneurs’ Relief for shareholders.
Craig is a member of tax committees at both ICAS and the Law Society of Scotland.
