Four new senior tax hires by EY USA

Andreea McCann has joined EY as an Executive Director in International Tax Services, based in McLean, VA. McCann was previously with GE Capital Real Estate where she worked as the International Tax Reporting Leader since 2010.

She has also worked in Tax at Deloitte and Fidelity National Information Services.

Dan DeRocco has joined EY’s National Tax Department – Tax Performance Advisory from Deloitte, where he was a director focused on developing and deploying data orchestrators – or the ability for users to align, interact with, and leverage a single source of data across the entire tax and finance domains – for Fortune 15 to 400 companies.  This data is then used by Tax to drive data models and analysis in support the overall Tax strategy. Prior to Deloitte, DeRocco worked as a global tax manager at Accenture for six years and also worked at Bell & Howell as the Manager of Tax research and planning and he started his career at Arthur Andersen. DeRocco is based in Boston.  

Ross Christen has joined the National Tax Department as an Executive Director in Atlanta with EY’s Business Tax Services focused on Tax Performance Advisory. Most recently, he was a Partner at The Kratos Group. Prior to that Christen was at PwC where he served as Director of Information Management/Enterprise Decision Management. He has also worked for BearingPoint and Deloitte Consulting.

Art Johnson has joined EY as an Executive Director with the Indirect practice in Dallas. Johnson previously ran an independent consulting firm, helping clients open and run their own internal shared service organizations.  Prior to his consulting experience, he was SVP of Leveraged Operations at Xerox HR Outsourcing and Solutions.  His 20 plus years of experience include HR Operations and Service Center leadership roles at Xerox, SumTotal Systems, Convergys HR Management, and Mercer Human Resources and Fidelity Investments.
