Withers promotes Giulia Cipollini and Vimala Snow

Withers has made up two new tax partners in the San Francisco and Milan offices.

Giulia Cipollini joined Withers in June 2014 as Head of Tax for the Italy tax service line. She was promoted with effect from July 2015. Her practice focuses on: Wealth planning; inheritance tax planning; estate, gift, trust and charitable planning; corporate tax planning; income tax planning and compliance for private companies and their owner; business succession planning; mini-bonds; real-estate tax issues. Vimala Snow has been with Withers Bergman since 2010, initially in Connecticut, but moved to San Francisco in 2014. She too was made a partner in July. Her practice focuses on US and international tax, trust, and estate planning matters for wealthy US and international families. She work with trusts and related business structures to preserve, protect and grow family wealth for multiple generations in a tax efficient manner. This includes many young entrepreneurs as well as more established multi-generational wealth.
