Ilan Napchan joins Honigman in Chicago

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn has recruited Ilan Napchan into its tax practice. Mr Napchan joins from Kirkland & Ellis.

Napchan will serve as a key player within the M&A team. His practice will focus on the tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and recapitalizations.
