Nutter McClennen & Fish hires Elizabeth Norman as tax partner
Elizabeth Norman has joined the Boston law firm Nutter McClennen & Fish as a tax partner.
Ms Norman provides tax planning counsel for acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and restructurings and domestic and cross-border investments. She advises on a variety of U.S. federal and international tax issues and planning strategies, and has particular expertise in international tax, private investment funds, partnerships, real estate, and debt financing.

Ms Norman joins from another Boston firm, Goulston & Storrs, where she has worked since 2013 on transactional tax matters. Prior to this she spent 9 years with Ropes & Gray. She holds a JD from University of Michigan Law School.
