Matt Boch resigns from MWE partnership to join Dover Dixon Horne
Dover Dixon Horne has announced that Matt Boch has joined the firm as a member. Boch brings to the firm significant experience in tax and business matters, with a particular focus on taxes and incentives in Arkansas and other states.
He formerly was a partner McDermott Will & Emery, practising out of their office in Chicago. Boch advises companies on tax planning and compliance for sales and use taxes, income taxes, and other miscellaneous state taxes and negotiates and implements economic development incentive packages.
He received his juris doctorate from the Harvard School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Harvard College. Matt serves as an assistant editor of the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives and frequently writes and speaks on various state tax and incentive issues. He is a member of the American Bar Association Tax Section and is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Illinois and before the United States Tax Court.
