Team move from K&L Gates to Foster Pepper includes two estate planners
Joining the firm are Members (Partners) Thomas Bassett, Philip Carstens, Paul Fitzpatrick and Todd Reuter; Of Counsel attorneys Kevin Connelly, Kjirstin Graham, Lara Hemingway and Whitney Stowe; and Associate John Drake. The nine attorneys were all previously with the Spokane office of K&L Gates LLP.
Philip Carstens, who previously served as the K&L Gates Spokane Office Administrative Partner, commented, “We are thrilled to be joining Foster Pepper. The two tax lawyers involved in the move are:
Paul Fitzpatrick (Member) – Paul concentrates on estate planning and administration, small business matters, federal estate and gift tax, and tax-exempt organizations.
He received his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, an LL.M. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. from Washington State University.
Kjirstin Graham (Of Counsel) – Kjirstin focuses on estate planning, wealth transfer and succession planning, as well as litigation of trust and probate matters.
She received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.A. from Washington State University.
