Armanino announces 3 new tax partners
Armanino has announced that it promoted nine new partners, effective Jan. 1, 2016.
This year’s class of partners averaged less than 10 years with the firm before making partner, well below the industry average of 16 years.

Armanino’s new tax partners
David Hersch (pictured right) works at the firm’s San Ramon office where he serves the specialized needs of clients in the mortgage pool and real estate sectors. He has deep expertise in pass-through entities and individual taxation.
Yu-Ting Wang (pictured left) is based in the firm’s San Jose office and has more than 15 years of experience working with a variety of closely-held businesses and individuals.
Timothy Guderian is based in the firm’s San Jose office and has more than 25 years of experience working with high tech, software and internet clients. He specializes in Section 382, ASC 740 (FAS 109), SOX compliance, M&A and tax audits.
