Frank Hirth plc promotes two directors to the Board
Tax boutique, Frank Hirth, has announced that private client tax directors, Iain Younger and Rhea Lucia-Hennis, have been appointed to the Board with effect from 1 January 2016.
Having joined the company in 2000 and 2002 respectively, Iain and Rhea have both successfully moved through the management hierarchy.
Iain has developed a specialist knowledge of FATCA and heads up the Trusts and Estates team, together with overseeing the business development function within the firm. Although the majority of his current work involves advising on issues surrounding international trusts & estates, he continues to be involved with a broad range of UK and US tax issues facing high net worth individuals and internationally focused families.
Rhea has successfully established the professional partnerships team as a service line, focusing predominantly on individuals in partnerships, whilst also overseeing the firm’s internal procedures. Rhea was awarded ePrivateClients Top 35 Under 35 award in 2014, which recognises the rising stars within the private client industry.
Managing Director, Marios Iacovides, commented: “We are delighted with this appointment. The Board is confident in Iain and Rhea’s ability to carry out their new duties with the utmost professionalism and great care for the firm as a whole.”
