Tax Partner Frédéric Feyten appointed Managing Partner at Dentons’ new Luxembourg office
Dentons has opened for business in Luxembourg, following the successful completion of its combination with leading local law firm, OPF Partners.
Former Managing Partner of OPF Partners, Frédéric Feyten, has been appointed as Luxembourg Managing Partner and will lead the local Tax practice. His focus is on Luxembourg and international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, financial products and structured finance. Having advised international corporate clients, investment banks, financial institutions and private equity firms, Frédéric has extensive experience in direct and indirect taxation, international tax planning, and structuring cross-border transactions through Luxembourg. In 2015, Frédéric was recognized by Chambers Europe and The Legal 500.
