Tamara Saverine joins MetLife as Senior Tax Counsel

MetLife has recruited Tamara Saverine as Senior Counsel, Tax & ERISA team. She started in February and is based in the US.

Ms Saverine joins from Guardian Life where she was Senior Tax Counsel with broad responsibility to advise internal business clients on product (annuity and life insurance), employee benefits (including deferred compensation), state and federal corporate tax issues.

She has over 10 year’s tax experience, all of which has been gained in-house, initially with United Technologies, then The Hartford and most recently with Guardian Life.
