Antoine Colonna d’Istria joins Paris office of Norton Rose Fulbright

Norton Rose Fulbright has recruited Antoine Colonna d’Istria as a tax partner in its Paris office. Antoine joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris, where he has been a partner for 16 years.

Antoine is a member of the Paris bar and has over 20 years’ experience. He predominantly advises French and multinational groups as well as investment funds. He has been involved in a number of transactions across Europe in recent years, particularly in the real estate, M&A, refinancing and restructuring sectors. He also advises on tax audits and tax litigation.

Antoine Colonna d’Istria holds a master’s degree in corporate law (University of Paris 2, 1985), a post-graduate diploma in taxation (University of Paris 5, 1986), as well as a LLM in taxation (New York University, 1988). He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Institut of Lawyers and Tax Advisors.
