Michael Jordan joins Andersen Tax

Andersen Tax has announced the addition of Michael Jordan as Managing Director in the Greenwich, Connecticut office. Michael will join the New York Metro’s Commercial Practice.

Michael has over 16 years of experience advising business clients and their owners on a variety of complex tax matters. His expertise is working with large multi-state pass-through entities. Michael regularly advises clients on corporate structure/choice of entity, sale and pre-sale planning, business acquisitions, and succession planning across a broad spectrum of industries, such as real estate, wholesale/distribution, private equity, retail and professional service firms industries. Prior to Andersen Tax, Michael was with BlumShapiro, a large accounting and tax firm with presence throughout the Northeast, where he was a Tax Partner.

Michael is a CPA and he received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in financial services from the University of Connecticut.
