8 New Tax Partners announced at Grant Thornton USA
Grant Thornton in the US has admitted 47 new partners and principals to the firm. These partners and principals are based throughout the firm’s offices across the country. In addition, the firm has promoted 29 professionals to managing director.

Dana Lance, Income/Franchise Tax Partner, San Jose
Dana is the State and Local Tax Practice Leader for the Greater Bay Area and based in San Jose, California. Professional experiences include providing tax consulting and compliance services for large multistate and multinational clients in a number of industries, specializing in the area of state and local income and franchise taxation.
Prior to serving as the SALT Practice Leader for the Greater Bay Area, Dana served clients in the southeast marketplace for over ten years as a Senior Manager based in Miami, Florida. In this previous role, Dana served as the Income and Franchise Tax Business Line Leader and the Women at Grant Thornton Champion for the Florida territory.
Meghan Jodz, Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Services Partner, Philadelphia
Meghan leads Grant Thornton’s M&A Tax practice for the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, she leverages her extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, provisions, and planning for private and public companies. She has dealt with very complex tax areas such as acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcy, accounting methods, net operating losses, consolidated return regulations and S corporations. Meghan provides practical insight to her clients every day.
