Paula Jeffs returns to WMT as Private Client Tax Partner

Paula Jeffs has joined WMT Chartered Accountants as private client tax partner. She was formerly with MHA MacIntyre Hudson where she has worked as a senior tax manager for the past 3 years.

In her new role Paula will focus on tax planning advice including inheritance tax, trusts, property, capital gains, income tax, residence and domicile, separation and divorce.

Recent work includes:

• Advising on inheritance and capital gains issues of UK residential property held within an offshore trust

• Tax planning for non-domiciliaries and setting up an offshore trust

• Passing on family wealth with the use of a UK trust

• Advising on residency status and becoming non-resident

Paula is a member of  theChartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She had previously worked at WMT from 2010 to 2013.
