Tax Partner at the age of 26….a good case for skipping university ?
Tunbridge Wells based chartered accountants, Perrys, has announced that tax specialist Craig Harman has been promoted to partner at the age of 26.
Craig joined the company in 2007 initially qualifying as a Certified Accountant with ACCA. He completed his Chartered Tax Advisor exams in 2013 and is now one of the firm’s tax specialists, dealing with a wide range of clients and advising on all areas of the UK tax system.
Following Perrys receiving a license in 2015 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales to undertake probate work, Craig took the opportunity to increase his expertise and obtained the Certificate in Probate and Estate Administration the same year. He is now heavily involved in the firm’s Wills and Probate work.
CEO of Perrys Chartered Accountants Stewart Pope commented:
“Craig is an exceptional individual with a great deal of expertise who has formed fantastic business relationships with all his clients. My warmest congratulations to Craig on his outstanding achievement.”
Craig said:
“I am delighted to be entering this new phase in my career with Perrys. The accountancy industry is constantly developing due to the ever-moving tax legislation, which, given the current political uncertainty, looks set to continue for the foreseeable
future. This, in conjunction with the addition of new services such as probate, means it is an exciting industry to be involved in. I am very much looking forward to what the future brings.”
