Robyn Limmer replaces Marios Iacovides as MD at Frank Hirth
After 34 years at Frank Hirth, Marios Iacovides has taken the decision to retire in early 2017. As part of an orderly transition, Marios has stepped down as Managing Director with immediate effect but will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the company.
Frank Hirth’s current Head of Tax, Robyn Limmer has taken over the position of Managing Director. Robyn has been a senior tax professional for over 25 years and has had experience in both running her own business and being an integral part of the running of Frank Hirth. As Head of Tax for the last two years, Robyn has been overseeing the workings of the tax groups as well as dealing with the more complex personal tax cases.
Marios said, “having taken the decision to retire, it seemed appropriate that I step down as Managing Director immediately and use my remaining time at Frank Hirth to work closely with Robyn to achieve a seamless transition. I have known Robyn for 20 years and I cannot think of a person more qualified and able to do this job. I am certain the company will continue to flourish under her guidance.”
Robyn added, “whilst we are all saddened by Marios’s decision, we understand the motivation behind it. He has served the company over many years and we wish him well in his retirement. I am delighted to have been chosen by the Board to succeed Marios as MD. I am looking forward to taking the company forward and continuing to enhance its standing in the business community.”
