White & Case makes up 2 new tax partners in New York

White & Case LLP has promoted 40 lawyers around the world to its partnership. The promotions are effective January 1, 2017 and represent 11 of the Firm’s global practices in 17 locations. The new partners include:

Steven Gee has been named a partner in the Global Tax Practice.

Based in New York, he focuses on the complex tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property and securitization transactions.

Kerry O’Rourke Perri has been named a partner in the Private Clients Group.

Based in New York, Kerry advises individuals, families and fiduciaries on domestic and international trust and estate planning matters, including will and trust drafting, tax planning, litigation support and probate proceedings, and estate administration.
